It’s important that we set up a time to learn more about your claim for social security benefits in order to determine if we can help you win your case. We prefer to schedule this as an in-person meeting, but we’re available to meet via zoom or a phone call.

If it’s determined that we should enter a client-representative agreement, then we will ask you to complete some documents that will allow us represent you. This will give us access to the information needed to build your case.

If your Social Security claim gets denied, we can help you appeal the decision by submitting a Request for Reconsideration. We'll point out any evidence that may have been overlooked in the initial claim and gather new evidence if deemed necessary.
